No customer service or response from Rain.. Wrongly billed

Very bad customer service, there *** is on permanent voice mail, since 26 Nov, 2023 I am still awaiting a e-mail response.. I am on a package for R739 which is supposed to have a speed of of 60mph, but I have been monitoring the speed and it's always at 30mph..Since I received the 2 free Sim cards, I have been billed R759, I thought the Sim cards are absolutely free..
