No customer service, no refunds, no support!

I've been trying to get an agent to contact me for over a week now, I ordered and tried to activate 2 sims, both activated, but only 1 was able to provide any data. I tried cancelling within the 7 days to get a refund, and the service was never cancelled. Whenever I try to get input on a support ticket, days go by with no response at all. No refund to date was given despite me opening new tickets again and even calling in. Pathetic customer service with little to no response, FALSE ADVERTISING regarding the refunds if cancelled within 7 days, support doesn't even contact you!
