No customer service from Rain!

I am beyond furious with Rain Internet. For MONTHS I have been struggling with signal loss, sometimes for three days at a time. Right now I have been without internet for two days AGAIN. This is not an occasional problem, this is a constant nightmare. From the beginning I have been asking for a credit for the days I lost income because I could not do my work. Every single time I get the same empty promises that someone will call me back. Guess what… no one ever does. Not once. Just excuses and silence. People rely on internet to work and survive. The complete lack of accountability and service is shocking. I have never experienced such poor service in my life. NEVER EVER use Rain. Save yourself the stress, the frustration, and the financial loss. Rather support a provider that actually values its customers.
