No customer service from rain

Getting a 1 star I'm being generous. Our 5g service is **** since last week Wednesday and we msg rain. But no response nothing from ur support. I can't say service is terrible cause rain are not giving any service. They do not respond. Are rain going out of business and just *****ing our money
