No customer service from rain
I have a problem with my rain simcard it doesn't work. I ask for help from Rain bu but no reply on my questions

12 Aug 2020, 10:52I am waiting now for 2 weeks for a agent to phone me. I canceled my sim because from 1 August my sim doesn't work. And i am not going to pay for the service.
