No Customer Service from Rain

I have been inboxing Rain and getting no response. I have emailed Rain support, and are getting no response, I tried the contact centre and they said I must email or use the chat option as the contact centre is not in use due to Lock Down state, tried the chat option online and getting no response.

I am an existing customer. And the channels they have advised us to use, I am been ignored on.

I know that I am been ignored as I am seeing responses to other messages of people on their facebook page after the time I posted mine.

Extremely pathetic service.
