No CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Rain South Africa. SIM card stopped working on Tuesday. After numerous calls and logged tickets, I was told on Thursday my complaint would be escalated. STILL NOTHING. Today we called again, only to get told that the people that do Sim swaps don't work over weekends. 😡😡😡. There is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.. How long must we be with out Wi-Fi. Think it is time to start looking for a new service provider, one that can actually give you proper CUSTOMER SERVICE. Something that should take 24 hours to sort out is now taking days if not weeks to sort out..
