No customer service

It is impossible to get ahold of anyone from rain. I didn't have my original ID on me when RAM tried to deliver but i did have a certified copy and drivers license however they refused to use it. They said that they would be back the next day and never returned. I logged 2 tickets with support snd it's well over 48 hours but no one has gotten back to me. It's absolutely frustrating, all i want is either my delivery or a refund.
