No customer service

You have to submit an online request to cancel the product, after which they promise a 24 hour turnaround time. Still waiting here 4 days later with no news or reply to any of my emails. Scandalous business. Surely this is an abuse of the Consumer Protection Act.

They masquerade as if being more flexible and client centric than the likes of MTN, Vodacom, etc. but it looks like more of the same.
