No customer service

I have given Rain numerous chances based on their network, but I have been struggling with connectivity issues. In June, I opted out from the network, and for the entire last month, I did not use their services. However, they continued to deduct money from my account, which is completely unacceptable and highly inconvenient for me. I have attempted to contact them, but I have yet to receive any feedback from their side.
