No customer service by Rain

Worst service ever! When you need to log a query or cancel your service as there is no contact number on website, all is done online!

Request the subscription to be cancelled end February 2024, provided an alternative contact number and contact person to collect the device from. No confirmation ever received.

Eventually got a contact number, requesting cancellation and consultant confirm she cancelled the service en February 2024.

End of April and the service is still not cancelled and Rain is still collecting fees although the device has not been uses at all!

Don't go with Rain due to no customer service!
