No customer service at all

Absolutely Pathetic Service. I've been without any signal for more then 3days now they kept on telling me to move my router around and when I reported back that it is not working they just stopped responding to me. The last time they mixed up my sim card and after I upgraded it came to their attention and they promised me a credit note and till date I've received nothing and each time I send emails regarding this I get no response from them. Very disappointed in this service.
