No customer service and pay for no service.

I like to canceled the deal with Rain .Like to send the rooter back.I already locked 2 complains Reference Number: ***6 on the 02 April 2025 Reference No.***4 on the 07 April.

I been struggling with this problem since the day I received the rooter the first time.Talk on WhatsApp 2 time.Phone your call centre.This is absolutely bad service I ask for a refund of the money you deducted out of my Nedbank account. 02 April 2025 R1128.03.Not even the amount of R625 we agreed on per month. You tried to phone me on the 13 April 2025.That take you 2 months to make contact with your customers
