No customer service and empty promises.

Rain *****s your money. I bought a 4G sim card 3 weeks ago and it was delivered via RAM couriers. From day 1 the sim card did not work although they say on their website that it is activated. I opened 3 tickets with them in the past 3 weeks, the only response that I got is emails saying; "A rain agent will contact you in 48 hours". My friend is on the 4G network but the service and internet speed is horrible. Rain does not deliver what they promise on their website but they are quick to take your money. Do not waste your time.
