No customer service
It is rather disappointing that I have sent exactly 4 enquiries to the support Centre since the 30th June 2020 and have not received a single call back. Have had issues with buffering and very poor connection. Even upgraded to the 24/7 package and still the same issue. Cannot stream at all. Even websites buffer Wish I knew how poorly customers are treated. I would never have opted for this service
