No customer service
Customer Service does not exist at this company. I have been trying for 3 weeks now to get a response from all of their platforms possible. The signal is so bad so i have been paying for nothing. The new month billing is upon me and I refuse to pay for another month. They are surely loosing a lot of customers with their no service policy!
