NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Absolutely poor customer service. I have been struggling to eRICA from the 23rd of September. I have tried to call the customer care number on my invoice to cancel my order and request a refund of my money without success. Absolutely unacceptable. I would not recommend rain to my enemy.
