No customer service

No customer service, I've had a rain data SIM card for about 2months now & I never have any signal when I'm @ home I've tried a few times to contact rain directly but with no success, my call either gets cut, or they continually say they can't hear me even though I hear them perfectly & it doesn't matter where I call from.
