No customer service!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - I have been trying for months now to cancel my subscription. Nobody gets back to me!!!! They keep on deducting money from my account for a service I don't want. Email upon email because there are no contact number we you can speak to an actual person!!! Do not waste your money on this service. They are quick to sell you the device and service, but you cannot get out! Like the mafia! Stay away!
