No customer service

I have been part of rain for a year now and since then i have had problems every second month. They take 2 weeks to resolve a issue and they never phone you. I have to post numerous hello peter post and send 20 emails before they even respond. Worse customer service ever.

Still no internet. I got 3 emails from 3 people explaining what i should do. I did ! The fault is on your side! It feels like the whole customer service is incompetant. They want my money but they are not fixing my internet. They cant even phone you.just send rebotic emails making you frustrated and still without internet. This is very poor.
