NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Post my previous complaint regarding NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, Fatima rep**** saying an agent will be in contact. Jostinah from rain sent me an email a few days later to say that my query has been resolved and closed??? To this day I have not spoken to anybody from rain or resolved the query in any way but its been 'closed'. My concern is that I am going to be billed and charged again this month without reversing last months exorbitant charges. My account status online reflects 24 hours unlimited data yet its still calculating off peak charges? I am at my wits end already and can't believe how unprofessional they are. Why can they not just call me and resolve this issue since I can't call their offices?
