No customer service.

Terrible customer service. I purchased the so called 5G premium package and it arrived 4 days ago and still I have no service.

I have logged multiple "tickets" on the My Rain app and still no one has assisted me. I logged a cancellation of my sim 2 days ago, but still haven't received any call back from them.

This is pathetic customer service.

I would not recommend Rain to anyone.
