No customer satisfaction, just money on their mind
Poor customer service and complaint resolution, see my previous and constant complains about poor network performance with proof included.
Yourll have not restored a proper functioning connection. Just something to say oh it is working, and there is some sort of connection even if it is sub par n not what it should be. The ms fluctuates every half ms n sites take long to load and time out.
What have yourll restored? 3g?????

Not oh its fixed n I must come back all the time to tell you it's not waste time making videos to show you the ****py network yourll provide and have provided for months now. Cause I'm using it doesnt mean it's ok fools.. I'm using it cause I've paid for it. And I'm telling you it's not right and what it's doing now fix it

Everything is working as it should even downloads are performing better then they used to which is great cause it never used to be good at all. Thank you so much for the effort in resolving this

13 Jul 2023, 10:55Hi Gary, I put the Sim in my phone and tested it in the same spot the router sits at and I'm getting 5mb that's absolutely great. Before on mobile I never used to get past 2mb on a great day.
