No customer care or way to solve challeges with connection
It seems that the only interest Rain mobile has is to contact you for products. I have been struggling with internet issues for weeks. They have no functional costumer care, the phone rings for hours. There is no way to contact them, and a useless AI chat bot is the only communication platform. So how do you fix your internet issues?
