NO COVERAGE USELESS, USELESS INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER
OMG, this is my 2nd time trying RAIN, at 2 different premises, I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
But, here we sit with less than .5mb speed all over the house. MTN and VODACOM LTE work in the house, but RAIN does not.
I have had your *** service less than a week so I am not clicking to cancel now and pay another full R479 on 1/11 - I want it cancelled now and I want my R479 paid last week back.
NOBODY REPLIES TO MY EMAILS.
