No coverage for a week

Rain ha been down in my area for almost a week and they are not fixing the problem.

Just phones again and all they say is the towers are down. No proper feedback or what is being done about the problem.

Don't shoot yourself in the foot to get Rain. They are beyond useless. Can't wait for fibre in our area so I can leave this useless network.
