No coverage and zero customer care

I have been a loyal rain customer and very happy with their service until last year when my router started not connecting properly-it can buffer the whole day (don't blame load shedding). I have tried several times to call the support number but if it's not the horrible line it's the agents cutting the call and nobody calls back. Last week someone very irritated called me but didn't help me because the call cut immediately after introducing themselves-again no call back. Today I tried to call your support number again and the call got cut after giving your agent my ID number. Again, no call back. It's clear that you do not have a single bone of customer service left because ALL attempts to get assistance have failed. Having worked under the sterling leadership of Michael Jordan I'm sure he will be very disappointed to hear my story-it goes against his ethos. I want you to fix the router or give me a new working one, it's that simple!
