No COVERAGE all of a sudden after it's been working so well

So, new to Rain and it's been working fantastically for exactly 5 months. Now, all of a sudden - there is ZERO coverage in my house, where I work from home every day. How are people supposed to live and survive and make a living if we can't connect to the internet, and worse - I have NO COVERAGE at all. This started 2 weeks ago on a Wednesday - internet outage lasted 24 hours. A week ago, same thing - wednesday. This week, all of sunday no network and today (Monday) network came briefly in the morning and it's gone. Have to drive around with wifi router in the air looking for signal as if it's 2005. Come on guys - Don't make me CANCEL my acccount, because apart from this recent issue, i had no problems with rain. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE contact me to sort this out. I live in Sunninghill.
