No coverage

I have called the call centre from yesterday no answer and emails no response. I still don't have coverage till now, no communication as to whats happening

I have done that, it's flicking red on 4g then no connection. Us there someone to contact and provide guidance on this

But your repeating the same thing.
I'm on top floor,the router is on a widow via york street, it's flicking 4g and it's red. I have been to the website speed nothing changes
