No Costumer service

I just bought a new rain router and am need to get the router setup for my work needs . The call center agents constantly drop my calls. i am trying to get into my router developer settings and i don't get any help from rain this is really a struggle. when you request a call back it takes 4 hours for them to respond. Costumer service sucks.
