No contracts with rain is a lie

I lost my job and couldn't pay them for two months thinking that the first month of not paying they will automatically stop my subscription only to find out that once I've skipped a month of not paying ,the subscription will continue for 5 months unless you settle your outstanding balance and only then you can cancel.now I owe them R3000 and even if I pay a small amount every month their interest rate will just put the balance at the same amount until I get R3000 .if only they cancelled my subscription the first two months and allowed me to pay off that R1000 I wouldn't be in this situation.so don't believe them when they say no contracts bind you .
