No contract...charges amaze me

Every month I paid the amount agreed upon,I don't owe you anything ..There is no way I used WiFi November 2022to February 2023 ... Every month I paid ..How come 4 months please check your statements I will do the same

My WiFi by October it was not working ,how come am I paying for services I never used ...meanwhile your contract says you use their services you paid for ..If you don't pay WiFi does not work ..Than this is a ****....I can't pay for services that I never used with what money ...I thought it was for the device in which I was planning to return but I have no idea how

I never used the WiFi ...it was switched off ...I am billed shocked...your slogan no contracts and no monthly to month ...you don't pay no WiFi....where does this come from...my router was switched off ..So who used it...You don't mention this when we start business with you ....Your router was off...No ways I am paying this
