No contact to confirm cancelation

I logged a ticket request to cancel Rain as I found a better ISP on Monday 21 Feb 2022.... Today is Thursday 24 Feb 2022 and still no one has contacted me... I'm getting the feeling that they will ignore a cancelation request so as to continue debiting your account... I understand I have to give 30 days notice which I am happy to do, but please can someone get in touch with me to finalize my request? I've had problems with Rain since we took out the contract... This really is the worst ISP ever, even my telkom 6meg adsl line was better than this
