No connectivity with no improvement.

I am a new client with Rain internet, however I have not had one day of reliable internet connectivity. After 3 phone calls and 3 Whatsapp messages, all they do is reboot the system. The connectivity issue is usually at night between 17:00 and 22:00, and I am assuming it is due to high usage. Last night even after rebooting, I stil had poor or no connectivity.

I need reliable internet, I can't continue with a service where I don't have connectivity during certain times of the day. I tried phoning but was cut off after more than 5 minutes of waiting. The Whatsapp line is a robot. I want to talk to an actual human.

Rain, do better. You are not delivering on a service that was promised. If this does not improve, I will have to cancel my service and get another reliable service provider.
