No connectivity, no FEEDBACK.
I purchased a rain Sim card and struggled with connectivity when I'm at home, however when I'm at work at a different location the connection is perfect. I complaint about this and still no feedback. The only troubleshooting they give on their website is to put you router next to the window... Which is rediculous and never works.
