No connectivity for the past 4 weeks

I have been having connection issues for the past 4 weeks and have sent multiple emails and support request to get assistance but I have not received any assistance 2 weeks ago I called to cancel my subscription but nothing has happened. I have even upgraded my package thinking that the connection will be better but I still have a router that is red but at the end of the month I will be paying for a service I am not utilizing what I need from Rain now is to cancel my subscription because I don't understand how is it possible to sent more than 20 requests and emails but never get contact in order to get my issue resolved.
