No connectivity for days twice this month

I am at a loss for words how fed up I am with these guys. From their Arin useless generic message chat. Where do you call these guys. No service for 2 days and they keep telling me about a secondary connection that actually doesn’t work. They never forget to take money but is okay to leave you stranded without an explanation. They been repairing for primary connection for 2 days.
