No connectivity!!!!!!!!

I have already sent 3 support emails on the site with no feedback... the rain internet does not work, shows a red light on my router with no network, i activated and ricad and paid R479 for this nonsense. Im in an area which has 4g coverage, my order number is as below, can someone fix this!!!
