No connections for two weeks now
We have been experiencing lack of connection on the wifi for the 8 consecutive days, ever single day I have to call rain and report, buy data for my meetings while paying for their wifi.
Each time I call I will be told they are escalating it to the technician yet I never get any feedback, this is absolutely ridiculous

29 Aug 2023, 10:30Your wifi connection is beyond poor, every single day for the past three week at 09h00 its down and there after its unstable the whole day, I van never use it for any meeting as I have to buy data everyday for the meeting and buy airtime to call Rain and inform that the wifi is down again, and every time I am told we have escalated the matter but there is never feedback.
Everyday I buy data for my meetings yet you expect full monthly pay, the instability of your connections is absolutely unbearable..fix your mess, respect your clients or you will be out of service soon.

Dont ever bother yourself with joining Rain network you will have regrets daily..I am busy sourcing for a new provider..u cant deal with this nonsense anymore
