No connection,pay the full amount even if you asked for help and no one helped

I did not have connection for 4 days in January but charged for the full amount, the same then happens in February,I did not have connection for another 4 days and have been trying to get the credits for these days and somehow no one seems to know how I didn't have connection, no one knows I had tickets that I submitted for the lost connection, yet I called more than once to get a resolution which did not come. I'm fed up with rain. I've had it.🤬😡🤬😡
