No connection whole month.
Since the 1st of Dec, the internet hasn't been working, which I reported and was told there are towers that are down in my area, what's surprising is in the evening it does connect after a couple of reboot however during the day it doesn't connect when I check it says "SIM MISSING" i need this sorted ASAP!!! Below mail was received on the 3rd Dec " rain we're here to help Hi Mudzunga,

19 Dec 2023, 19:30I did not see any missed calls please advise when did you call and which number you called, to date I'm still experiencing the same issues i only get connection in the evening thus after multiple reboots, you came an install external router sometime this year due to network problems, so to answer your question I'm unable to change the router position as it's mounted on the roof and facing Malibongwe side.

21 Dec 2023, 12:06I'm still waiting for a call regarding billing, i will not pay for something that did not connect during the day for a whole month, even today it has been offline since 6am. We've been rebooting it with no luck! I need this sorted ASAP!

This **** hasnt been connecting during the day for a flipping whole month it only connects in the evening. Ya'll don't even deserve a cent. HOW MANY TIMES MUST I SAY THE SAME THING??????? WE HAVEN'T BEEN USING THIS THING DURING THE DAY, EVEN TODAY IY DISCONNECTED AT 7AM. i now kinda getting used to the fact that iy disconnect in the AM and re-connect at night, just like ANC and ****** loadshedding Ya'll are worse.
