No connection on 5G

Rain in Halfway House has been acting up the last few months. Previously it would not connect for half the day for a couple of days in a row. Today, no connection at all. I cant even pick it up on my devices. The frustrating thing is the lack of communication if indeed there is an issue with their tower. I've been with the service provider for a year now. The begging they had no issues but after the upgrade for 5G service, issues started crawling in. Truly a dissatisfied client and waiting for support to contact back to resolved this issue.
