No Connection No Help No Care!

I recently moved to Observatory Johannesburg and my network has been going down for 12 hours a day since the 2nd of May. They claim a tower i usually connect to is down and the technicians are fixing it. But for more than 7 days ? And why does it go up and down ? The call centre I contact is located in what seems to be India and the help I get there is of no use at all with the operators having loud back ground noises or telling you to call at 8pm only to discover the call center is closed. What I can say is once you have a Rain router and locate to an area and it gives you problems just get another dependable provider because you are f"**d!
