No connection No Customer Service

No connection no customer service since I signed up. Why is that ? Please cancel and refund me

I see that I didn’t get that 9.30am called as confirmed with the person yesterday. This is the same as nobody calling me back last year when I initially complained. Pls cancel and refund!! Why must I beg for customer care

So guess what! The ppl at rain don’t own a watch and are unable to read time!!! I was promised 2 calls for Thursday at approx 11.30am and then another at 7pm that evening so I rearranged my schedule to ensure I was home to fix the rain connection issue that I pay for but don’t get WiFi connection. GUESS WHAT? They call me on Friday at 3pm to ask if I’m by my home router🤣🤣🤣 RAIN IS WASTING MY TIME MONEY AND ENERGY

When the consultant phoned me yesterday I was promised a call after 3pm (yesterday) from a manager!! DO YOULL NOT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGERS. Please explain why i must BEG AND BEG AND BEG SINCE I GOT THIS WIFI FROM LAST YEAR FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please REFUND ALL MY MONEY!! What’s THE POINT OF HAVING WIFI BUT I CANT USE IT WHEN I REALLY NEED IT. AM I BEING PRANKED BY RAIN TO SEE HOW MUCH OF MY MONEY YOULL WILL TAKE OF MINE BUT NOT HAVE ACCESS TO WIFI ???
