No connection, no assistance for 30 days now

Hi, clearly I wont be helped in this platform. As you can see, I have not being able to acess internet on both my sim cards since 1 Nov 2021 as compared with other months when the connection was fair.

Please disconnect both sim cards and refund me for November and December payments made.
