No connection for the entire month
I purchased and activated my rain SIM. It has been a wholeonth where the sim said no service om multiple devices. I always get the same response that it has been escalated but no one ever replies. I want a refund because I paid for a service where my usage after a whole month is still on 0 as I could not even connect

It is my address however it has been month already. I paid for the month and had nothing to show for it. I don't feel comfortable to continue with the service and would rather prefer to cancel and have a refund. As I don't have any trust in the company and my wife found a new provider in the time that passed
