No connection for 4 days straight

Rain usually works perfectly here in Isipingo but for the past four days there is either no connection or an intermittent connection and its quite annoying because I’m now losing money as a freelancer. I can’t even get in touch with support at times but there is absolutely no connection. I chose to pay you guys R825 every month because you are known to be reliable, not whatever it is you’re doing now. Fix this immediately.
