NO CONNECTION BUT WILL BE BILLED

At least 1ce a month rain decides we dont deserve the internet. For someone working from home to not have internet and still be charged for it is pathetic! I have connectivity, no explanation, no assistance to fix, only empty promises! Calling is feeble because the consultants are rude and tell ypu reset the router, ive become a reset master at this point!
