NO CONNECTION BUT PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE

I have been calling your support center for more than 3 days now because I have no connection it say I need to make payment but I have already paid and have no outstanding payments.. Your staff doesn't not want to help at all, I have wasted money in buying airtime to call you people. I can't even watch TV for 4 days now because of no connection. One agent said to me in Isizulu "she won't repeat the same thing to me"
