No Connection but Charged How Sad.

Bad service, no customer service, and tripple charged for service not received....at 1st i had connection from where i was till at some point i struggled to connect and raised this with their support department till it wen on to a point where by i could only connect when am out of the area were am based....

This has been on for over 4months and i just paid for the time i used the services when i wan not home and then its was dead but amazingly i now have R766 due on the account, theres no communication between the departments and their agents know nothing about what they say.

Yes on your site my sim active but i reported several times that i have no connection and you did nothing about it so what are you charging me for?

When rain started they had the best service and order but it seems like you have turned into a total day light ******'s, *********** all the way...i want you to cancell that sim as i want nothing to do with rain anymore.
